How to read your dashboard
- People viewed your profile: how many people opened your public profile in the last 30 days.
- People reached out: how many people sent your contact form in the last 30 days.
- People tapped to call: how many people tapped your phone number in the last 30 days.
- Contact rate: the share of profile views that became contact-form messages.
- Profile health: your profile completeness score and remaining suggestions.
These numbers are there to help you keep your profile clear and up to date, not to push for high volume. For most therapists, steady and appropriate enquiries are the goal.
