About Kelly

‘I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and also a Forensic Psychologist accredited with the Health and Care Professions Council.

I have over 10 years of using CBT informed methods and have been qualified in CBT for the past 5 years.

I aim to equip individuals with a greater understanding of themselves and the necessary skills to overcome past difficulties and current challenges.’

Kelly provides a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable discussing difficult events that may have happened in your past, the problems and challenges that you are currently experiencing as well as your goals and dreams for the future.
