About Kelly
‘I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and also a Forensic Psychologist accredited with the Health and Care Professions Council.
I have over 10 years of using CBT informed methods and have been qualified in CBT for the past 5 years.
I aim to equip individuals with a greater understanding of themselves and the necessary skills to overcome past difficulties and current challenges.’
