Testimonials
As a high–functioning alcoholic and knowing I had ‘issues’ I was scared of what this kind of intervention might reveal and whether I could cope. But battling on against my own demons was simply no longer an option. The process wasn’t easy but it was certainly life–changing in a positive way
I found Naomi very approachable and an excellent listener. She offers far more than just ‘talking therapies’ and uses approaches that are new and based upon the latest research, for example ‘The Safe Sound Protocol’
